Niki Ostin

Niki has 20+ years of marketing experience in the consumer products industry, specializing in developing and implementing strategic campaigns that get brands noticed.

In 2008 Niki founded PR Lab, a full-service marketing agency based in Los Angeles focusing on promoting emerging and established brands through media coverage, product placement and experiential marketing events. She has worked with over 100 brands including Movado Group, Platinum Guild International, Tura Eyewear, Adobe, and Hasbro, to name a few. Niki was instrumental in conceptualizing and producing Mashup LA and The House, two of the most notable social media influencer events in Los Angeles, and StyleLab, pop up red carpet jewelry loaning events taking place during awards show season.

Additionally, Niki founded Good Human Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that produces red carpet events to support women’s health initiatives. Over the past 5 years, Niki has coordinated a live auction that generates global press coverage, attracts high-profile guests, and raises funds for breast cancer research.

Prior to PR Lab, Niki worked for a decade in the public relations department at top ranking companies including Clifford PR, Euro RSCG Magnet, and FOX.

Niki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Cultural Studies from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She also received a certificate from UCLA in Film, TV, Video and New Media with an emphasis in entertainment publicity. For over 10 years she was a guest lecturer at UCLA in the field of public relations.

Niki is a member of the Women’s Jewelry Association and is a voting member of The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

Selena Cleaner

Selena is a marketing maven at PR Lab, having executed noteworthy campaigns for established and emerging brands ranging from Movado watches to Soxfords socks and Blake Kuwahara Eyewear.

As a millennial herself, Selena is passionate about fusing influencer programs with media relations in order to increase ROI for her clients. She has experience in strategic event planning and has coordinated over 10 special events in Los Angeles and New York for large-scale brands, celebrities, and charity events. Selena spearheaded the production of PR Lab’s first two annual events: Mashup LA and Babes for Boobs. Both events have grown drastically in size since their inception in 2014 and 2016.

Jen Cullen Williams

Jen is a dynamic, award-winning brand communications consultant that specializes in the jewelry, luxury, fashion and consumer goods markets.

Known for her deep-rooted relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, influencers and industry professionals, Jen combines her creativity and connections to provide impactful, modern and strategic brand development programs in the areas of PR, marketing, brand development, digital marketing, special events, trade relations and influencer marketing.

As the Managing Director of Luxury Brand Group (LBG) from 2007-2019, Jen was responsible for overseeing employees in three offices, and managing LBG’s various jewelry and luxury client projects. She has secured countless press placements with leading media outlets such as VOGUE, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, PopSugar, People, Who What Wear and Real Simple, as well as placements in television/film and on celebrities and digital influencers. Prior to LBG, Jen was the Product Placement Coordinator at fashion PR agency, Red Light PR.  Jen has been a guest presenter at California State University Long Beach, the American Gem Society, the Gemological Institute of America and JCK Las Vegas trade show. She currently serves as the Western Regional Director of the executive national board of the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) and is a past president of the WJA Los Angeles chapter. Jen was the winner of WJA Awards for Excellence in the category of Marketing and Communications in 2016, and the recipient of the first ever “Rising Star” award presented by the Jewelers 24 Karat Club of Southern California. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Long Beach, and Executive Education Certificate in Global Leadership from Harvard Business School.

Rebecca Moskal

Rebecca has nearly two decades of experience in luxury and jewelry marketing.

Having started her career at notable advertising agency, FCB, in New York, Rebecca honed her skills for developing strategic media campaigns for global brands. Rebecca further expanded her knowledge and experience of the luxury consumer market during her tenure at Team One working on Ritz-Carlton, where she developed marketing plans and consumer promotions for the hotel brand's western United States and international properties. A yearning for a more diverse experience led her to begin her illustrious client-side career, which would eventually include Bulgari, David Yurman, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Beaudry. In 2009, Rebecca established Communique, a Los Angeles-based boutique marketing firm, specializing in fine jewelry and luxury goods. She brings her knowledge and expertise assisting brands to realize their ultimate potential via brand strategy development, communication planning and public relations mastery. She is an active member of the Women’s Jewelry Association, currently serving as Corporate Secretary on the International Board of Directors.

Katie Kinsella

Based in New York, Katie brings over 20 years of experience of marketing communications, media strategy and public relations.

Throughout her illustrious career, Katie has been an influencer in the fashion, accessories, watch and jewelry industries.

Prior to founding KINNEY + KINSELLA in 2001, Katie held several influential positions in the watch & jewelry industry. In 1996, she  started her career in this industry at the prestigious watch company, FRANCK MULLER. For nearly three years, she supervised  many of the day-to-day operations and she created and managed the Marketing Department for Franck Muller North America.  In 1999, she joined the leading American luxury jewelry company DAVID YURMAN as the Director of Marketing. While at David  Yurman, Katie directed all the marketing initiatives for the company including the launch of the David Yurman Thoroughbred Timepiece Collection, the opening of the first David Yurman Retail Store, and the creation of the David Yurman  Humanitarian Award.

Katie then joined the powerhouse fashion trade publication, WOMEN’S WEAR DAILY as the Fine Jewelry & Watch  Director. The first ever to hold that position at WWD, Ms. Kinsella forged new frontiers for the 90-year-old publication.

Developing and implementing creative and new marketing ideas, she formed new partnerships for WWD with over 30 clients in just one year. She managed such projects as the Oscar and Emmy sponsorships, customized fine jewelry and watch advertorials and creative advertising strategies and promotions for the 7th on 6th Fashion Week.

Though Katie is known for her work in the fine jewelry & watch industry, she began her career in fashion. In 1993, she  joined HUGO BOSS, the German based menswear fashion company. Her duties included advertising, public relations, promotions and sports marketing. She was responsible for all Hugo Boss editorial, events including the Lipton Tennis Tournament and the coordination of the fashion shows. From 1994-1996, she worked as the Public Relations & Promotions  Manager at KENNETH COLE PRODUCTIONS. She handled all the public relations efforts for the company that included product placement in print and film, feature articles on the company, the promotions for fifteen Kenneth Cole retail store openings, and  acted as the liaison for the company’s twelve licensees.

Tara Levy

Tara is a global strategic marketing and communications executive with over 17 years experience in the luxury, fashion, accessories, art, design and lifestyle industries, spanning iconic global brands to emerging talents.

Tara specializes in creating bespoke collaborations as well as marketing and communications strategy in order to drive sales and heighten exposure for brands.  Another aspect of her work includes sustainability and non-profit consulting.

Clients, both established and up-and-coming, have benefited from Tara’s expertise in high impact marketing, communications, brand building and business development.  Current clients include jewelry organizations, fashion tech brands, e-commerce, luxury designers and non-profits. 

Tara was previously the Head of Communications and Marketing Programming at Swarovski, where she led marketing, business development, advertising, communications and event initiatives for Swarovski in the areas of fashion, jewelry, art, design, philanthropy, sustainability, corporate communications and entertainment. 

Her work included overseeing the title sponsorship of the CFDA Fashion Awards, Bergdorf Goodman holiday collaboration, Academy Awards partnerships, Broadway and music integrations and large-scale art installations for Design Miami/ Art Basel as well as work with the Swarovski Foundation and sustainability projects.  She has strong alliances with fashion designers, artists, influencers, non-profits and cultural institutions, and utilizes these relationships to create diverse experiences for tastemakers and consumers.

Prior to that, Tara held public relations and marketing positions at Iconix Brand Group focusing on fashion, licensing and corporate communications.

Tara graduated from Cornell University, is on the Board of the Accessories Council, and is an advisor to the St. Louis Fashion Fund and numerous emerging fashion brands.  She is on the Junior Board for Free Arts NYC and actively involved with Nest and the YoungArts Foundation.

Jennifer Hinkle Willis

Jennifer has worked in public relations, communications and marketing for more than 20 years in roles on both the agency and client side.

Jennifer is an expert in building brand awareness and identity through public relations, social media, influencer programs, events, experiential activations, entertainment initiatives and celebrity relations. Jennifer has managed international programs as well as local targeted events for fashion, retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands including Oscar de la Renta, Hyatt, Barbie, Madame Tussauds, SKECHERS and GUESS?. Her last two roles were at Swarovski and Piaget, where she oversaw communications programs for North America as well as collaborating on global strategy. At Swarovski she brought the company to social media with their first Instagram posts and developed influencer campaigns with retail activations, helping the company become an early leader in influencer marketing. Jennifer’s personal highlight was appearing on the Today Show several years to showcase the Swarovski star atop the Rockefeller Center Tree.
